Can I still post on my accounts when I sign up?
Absolutely, and we'd love you to! The more content you post on social media, the better, so we encourage all of our clients to dip in and out and add their own content as and when they can. It’s up to you how involved you want to be; if you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, take a breath knowing we’ve got your social covered.
How does the process work after I sign up?
You'll receive an email to begin our proprietary discovery process that allows us to build your Purpose & Personality Profile™. We'll gather your login details for your existing social media accounts (or create new ones if you don’t have any) and get to work. We aim to go from signup to launch within a few of days, although it may take a little longer depending on workloads.
Do I have to sign a minimum length contract?
The last thing small to mid-size business owners need is a long-term contract. We know that circumstances change and there’s not always a budget for marketing. We charge our clients up front for the month ahead; you can then decide whether or not to renew at the end of the month, taking breaks and coming back as and when required.
